Безвизовый режим 

Между Казахстаном, Россией и Беларусью действует безвизовый режим въезда. Граждане России и Беларусии могут находиться на территории Казахстана до 90 дней: 30 дней без регистрации с возможностью продления ещё на 60 дней. Для продления регистрации до истечения первых 30 дней следует обратиться в подразделение Комитета миграционной службы МВД РК. Для пребывания на территории Казахстана более 90 дней необходимо получить вид на жительство или оформить временную регистрацию в подразделениях Комитета миграционной службы МВД РК на основании трудового договора (в соответствии с положениями Договора о Евразийском экономическом союзе). Оформление вида на жительство возможно только при наличии заграничного паспорта гражданина Российской Федерации или Республики Беларусь.
