Collas Crill has made a number of promotions in the Channel
Islands across its fee-earners and business services team.
Sam Williams, Laura Perkins and Simon Heggs have been promoted to Partner, and
Bonnie McPartland and Tom Cutts-Watson have been made Senior
Associates.
Sam Williams works on complex and cross-border commercial
litigation and court applications with a focus on contentious
trusts, asset recovery, injunctions and corporate disputes. He is
based in Jersey and is a contributor to the STEP Contentious Trusts
Forum.
Laura Perkins, also Jersey-based, specialises in wealth planning
for high and ultra high net worth clients, and advises on BVI and
Jersey law. She was included in Legal 500's 2019 list of next
generation lawyers.
