Every delay event changes more than a programme. It changes the contractual position of the parties and, eventually, the evidence available to prove it.
In large-scale construction projects, there is a greater likelihood that both the Contractor and Employer faces various kinds of hinderances, which affect the fulfillment of their respective Contractual Obligations.
