Mandatory job notification 2023

Switzerland - December 23, 2022

As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the unemployment rate in Switzerland increased in 2021 and 2022, which is why the Swiss Federal Council had made additional types of occupations subject to the job notification requirement as of 2022. In 2023, only 37 occupations will be reportable, compared to 63 in the previous years of 2021 and 2022. The full list is available on the arbeit.swiss website, which also offers an online check
