Placing a focus on female empowerment, law firm SKW Schwarz
hosted the first DIGITAL FEMALE event in cooperation with Axel
Springer at Münzstudio in Berlin on September 12, 2019.
A panel of experts discussed "Assertion and
negotiation strategies for successful women in the IT and digital
sector" with some 70 attendees from well-known
companies. The panel included Clara von Hugo (Head of Leadership
& Expert Development at Axel Springer), Franziska Fuchs
(Director - Discovery / Senior Legal Counsel IT Law at Bosch), and
Alisha Andert (Head of Legal Innovation at Flightright). Elisabeth
Noltenius and Christina Bauer, the two initiators of Digital
Female, and both lawyers at SKW Schwarz's IT/Digital Business
department, moderated the panel. Sandra Sophia Redeker, lawyer at
SKW Schwarz's IP department, gave the keynote address.
