中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は12月6日、出願人向けの「AI関連特許出願ガイドライン（意見募集稿）」（以下、「ガイドライン」）を公表し、一般向けの意見募集を開始した。
このガイドラインは、中国の現行専利法制度の枠組みの下で、人工知能（AI）分野における特許審査方針を包括的かつ詳細に解説するものである。イノベーション主体が関心を寄せる重要な法的課題に対応し、特許出願の質を向上させることを目的として策定された。政策解釈に関する文書として位置づけられたガイドラインは、出願人が現行の特許審査政策をより深く理解するための指針となることを目指している。
意見募集期間は2024年12月13日までとなっており、以下の方法で意見を提出できる。
