Hello again everyone.
There were only three civil decisions of any note this week. Two
were family law cases, one involving an attack on fraudulent
conveyances perpetrated by a husband who owed support and
equalization payments. The other was a "priority dispute"
between insurers in the statutory accident benefits context to
determine which insurer was responsible to pay SABs to the accident
victims.
Enjoy the weekend.
