The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has initiated an expiry review of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on certain small power transformers from Taiwan and South Korea. This review will determine whether trade protection measures implemented in 2021 should be extended for another five years or allowed to expire, with interested parties required to submit participation notices by October 16.
