On March 28, 2019, Doxim announced that it had acquired MessagingDirect, Ltd., an end-to-end encrypted messaging and customer communications management (CCM) technology company for financial services organizations and their service providers.

Doxim is the leading customer communications and engagement technology provider serving financial and regulated markets. With this acquisition, Doxim adds robust messaging capabilities to its platform and welcomes several new enterprise clients as well as expert management and product teams.
