The new Societies Act (the "new Act"), which will come into force on November 28, 2016, is now featured on the BC Registry Services website (the "Website"), found at http://www.bcregistryservices.gov.bc.ca/bcreg/societiesact/index.page.

The Website features important pieces of information about the new Act. These include:
