On November 19, 2015, Fersol Indústria e Comércio
S/A ("Fersol") requested its judicial reorganization
proceeding in Court. The lawsuit was assigned to the Second Civil
Court of the City of Mairinque, State of São Paulo, dockets
No. 1000996-18.2015.8.26.0337. The judge has already accepted the
judicial reorganization request, and, due to it, Fersol shall
present a plan within 60 days, informing the manner it proposes
payment of its debts. The granting of the authorization triggers
the suspension of the existing lawsuits against Fersol for 180
days. Reorganization Plans usually entices payment of debts in
several installments and with substantial discounts. Fersol′s
creditors′ list has already been published in the Official
Gazette, and, due to it, the creditors that were not included in
this list or the credits of which are not appointed correctly shall
present a motion to the judicial administrator requesting any
possible correction or amendment until February 15, 2016.
