1.18 Notwithstanding that all the requirements for the issuing of a Certificate of Commercial Operation have not been met, the Owner may at any time, in its absolute discretion, issue a Certificate of Commercial Operation. The issue of a Certificate of Commercial Operation under clause 1.14.1 will not operate as an admission that all the requirements of Commercial Operation have been met, and does not prejudice any of the Owner's rights, including the right to require the Contractor to satisfy all these requirements.

Post COD Performance Tests

1.19 The Contractor must give the Owner prior written notice of when it intends to carry any of the Post COD Performance Tests at the times and in accordance with the requirements set out in Schedule 8 (Tests).
