Georgina regularly accepts instructions for both Claimants and Defendants in Property matters including:

Housing Disrepair Possession Claims Possession Claims with PSED elements Closure Orders Injunctions Trespass; And more.

Further, Georgina is developing a busy papers practice receiving repeat instructions from her instructing solicitors to draft defences and counterclaims, in addition to opinions.

Georgina previously worked as a County Court Advocate. She was regularly instructed by banks, landlords and individuals in a wide range of housing and litigation matters. Georgina showed a thorough and practical grasp of the civil litigation process in County Courts, in addition to the ability to advise her clients on the procedural and legal aspects of their case.

Georgina is keen to build her commercial and chancery practice. She is accepting instructions in relation to TOLATA matters and in relation to wills and probate matters.

Having drafted wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in her early career, Georgina has a strong practical understanding of the challenges faced when Wills and LPAs become contested.

Georgina is building a strong Regulatory practice after having accepted instructions in both prosecution and defence matters. Georgina has a strong ability to analyse and articulate complex evidential issues, enhancing her effectiveness as an advocate.

Georgina’s experience includes accepting instructions in environmental matters and intricate investigatory work for regulatory bodies.

Further, Georgina has a strong interest in inquiry and inquest work, having contributed to two nationally significant public inquiries.

In 2022 Georgina worked closely with Sir Brian Langstaff at the Infected Blood Inquiry. In this role, she played a vital part in ensuring hearings could proceed efficiently and lawfully by scrutinising vast volumes of material for compliance, with confidentiality and data protection legislation. She also undertook extensive analysis of evidence for redaction and disclosure, enabling sensitive material to be published appropriately in the public domain.

Georgina dedicated her expertise to the Andrew Malkinson Inquiry in the summer of 2024 and during her pupillage that followed. She analysed police procedures that concerned crime scene and evidence management and was responsible for the critical analysis and redaction of key evidence and documentation at the heart of the investigation.

Georgina is developing a growing criminal practice in both prosecution and defence work.

Georgina completed a specialist criminal defence pupillage at the Public Defender Service in September 2025. She has received praise from her peers, clerks and instructing solicitors for her proactive approach to her work, including the cross examination of vulnerable witnesses. During her pupillage, she developed a comprehensive and detailed understanding of criminal defence matters across a spectrum of offences.
