Jenna Lucas

Position

Jenna practises in all areas of private family law, often involving international elements. She has a particular specialism in matrimonial finance work and has advised and acted at all levels up to and including the Family Division of the High Court.

Jenna was previously a Partner in the family team of national law firm Irwin Mitchell LLP, where she was routinely instructed in complex and high-net-worth cases. During this period, Jenna was involved in a number of high-profile matters, including Sharland and Gohil before the Supreme Court in 2015 and Re H-N before the Court of Appeal in 2021.

Jenna is available to preside over private FDR hearings; her down to earth and thorough approach makes her a popular choice of tribunal. With a broad range of experience as family finance counsel, Jenna is equally adept at providing guidance in high-net-worth cases as those with more modest means, enabling a speedy and confidential resolution to financial matters within divorce proceedings

Jenna is qualified to accept instructions on a direct access basis and is well equipped to do so in light of her previous experience.
