Associate

Fernando Sanquirico Pittevil focuses his practice in Corporate, Administrative matters and Dispute Resolutions.

Fernando has participated in transactions involving sale of assets, acquisitions, spinoffs and due diligences. He has represented private parties in Investments, Domestic and International Arbitrations. He has conducted successful negotiations for the settlement of international arbitration matters and disputes between companies.

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, he worked as an Associate at an international law firm in Venezuela, and in the Legal Department of a leading Venezuelan bank.

Mr. Sanquirico is professor of Civil Law in both, Universidad Central de Venezuela, Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and Universidad Monteávila. He is also professor of Roman Law History at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He has also been invited to give classes in the Procedural Law Specialization in the International Arbitration class at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
