Dentons’ dispute resolution group is made up of arbitration and litigation teams. On the litigation side, the firm has managed a broad caseload before the Supreme Court, while the arbitration team acts in both domestic and international proceedings before institutions such as CACCC and CEDCA. Ramón Alvins leads the practice and is involved in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in insurance-related disputes. Luis Ernesto Andueza focuses on international arbitration with an emphasis on regulatory interpretation, while Sergio Casinelli contributes expertise in the contractual and corporate considerations relevant to contentious matters. Senior counsel Fernando Sanquírico also supports the practice.
