Senior Associate

Rosemarie Schaar is a senior associate and part of the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology team in the Dentons Amsterdam office. Rosemarie works for national and international clients on IT, privacy, and commercial contracting matters, specializing in master services agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, and purchase agreements.

Her scope of advisory extends beyond preparing agreements and pre-contractual matters to contract (re)negotiation and assessment of existing contractual relationships. With dedicated experience in the retail sector, she is also part of an internal retail focus group, ensuring clients benefit from shared sector intelligence and integrated cross-practice advice.
