Aneela Ahmad Khan is an English-qualified associate in the Tier 1 Banking and Finance practice at Dentons Muscat. She advises financial institutions, multinational corporations and government entities on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including conventional and Islamic finance, debt capital markets, project finance, asset-based lending and structured finance.

Aneela also has significant experience in corporate restructurings and turnaround strategies, assisting clients in navigating complex financial challenges to optimise their capital structures.

She collaborates closely with Dentons' senior leadership on the firm's market-leading Islamic Finance offering, working with Shari'a scholars and supervisory boards to structure innovative and compliant solutions.

Additionally, Aneela has advised clients on green and sustainability-linked loans, assisting them in structuring financing arrangements that align with their environmental objectives and sustainability targets.
