Simon Recher is a counsel in the Investment Funds practice of Dentons’ Luxembourg office.

He advises investment professionals on the strategic structuring and set up of investment vehicles, whether regulated or not, that target a diverse range of assets. In addition, he ensures his clients remain ahead of evolving regulatory requirements, guiding them navigate the complexities of fund management.

Before joining Dentons, Simon honed his expertise at a global asset management firm in Luxembourg and at a leading international law firm.
