Led by tax partner Jean-Luc Fisch, Dentons focuses on structuring alternative asset-focused funds, often working alongside colleagues throughout the firm’s international network. As well as core areas of strength in the real estate and private equity field, the team, which was strengthened in June 2025 by the arrival of Simon Recher from Hogan Lovells (Luxembourg) LLP, is increasingly mandated on fund structuring matters involving distressed strategies, as well as handling an increased volume of due diligence work for pensions and insurance companies as investors.
