Bogdan Piskorskiy is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Astana office and a key member of the Firm’s renewables, real estate, construction and infrastructure practices. With more than 20 years of experience, Bogdan provides clients in-depth expertise and is familiar with the nuts and bolts of structuring and implementing project development deals. He participated in some of the largest and most innovative deals and advised a number of major companies on FIDIC and EPC contracts and other related transactions.

Bogdan’s experience includes in-depth knowledge of the energy industry law and various types of contracts utilized in energy, renewables and infrastructure projects, including bespoke forms, FIDIC-based and local templates of construction and other related types of contracts.

Prior to joining Dentons, Bogdan held various senior legal positions in management companies, companies operating in the chemical and petrochemical sector, law firms and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
