Advised the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan on the launch and implementation of a national hydropower development program targeting 600 MW of capacity across multiple basins.
Advised Kazzinc on the registration of the Bukhtarma hydropower plant under I-REC standards, including eligibility assessment, regulatory compliance and coordination with issuing entities, and supported the issuance of I-REC certificates for electricity generated in the first half of 2024.
