Csilla Győri is an experienced banking lawyer qualified in Hungary, England and Wales as well as Scotland. An enthusiastic, ambitious and reliable lawyer, with a solid and extensive professional background, Csilla has more than 16 years’ experience drafting and negotiating LMA standard finance documents, managing domestic and cross-border corporate lending, asset and project finance transactions.

At her previous firms she has worked on English, Scottish and cross-border banking and finance work, including real estate and development finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and project finance. She acts for both lenders and borrowers including banks, financial institutions, funds and investors on various types of transactions in a number of business sectors.

Csilla has served as the main point of contact for a number of international clients. Clients praise her understanding of their business needs and her ability to react quickly and provide solutions to complex issues in a client-friendly way.
