Assisting companies across such industries as tech, cannabis, mining, telecoms, infrastructure, energy, biotech and entertainment, the group’s full service extends to M&A, restructurings, proxy fights, competition and antitrust matters, joint ventures, regulated industries and transactional tax issues.
