Intellectual property Tier 4

Melbourne-based Joy Atacador heads up Dentons’ IP team, which handles contentious and commercial issues relating to trade marks, patents, copyright, designs, as well as issues around social media and confidential information. The team has an impressive client base in the life sciences, hotel, leisure and retail sectors, but also advises clients across industries such as technology, media, energy, and construction. Special counsel Scott Sloan works from Sydney, and is praised for the depth of his experience, as well as for ‘his commercial and highly practical advice’. Natural resources (transactions and regulatory) Tier 4
