Acting for GPT with respect to advising on, drafting, and negotiating a range of project documentation, including but not limited to construction contracts, consultancy agreements and bespoke agreements as well as providing ad hoc advice in relation to any contractual disputes and commercial issues across all Australian jurisdictions.
Acted for the respondent in High Court proceedings against Cessnock City Council after the client developed and built an airport hangar which included a requirement for subdivision (of the lot) by the council, which did not approve a subdivision, which resulted in the lease being terminated.
