As a specialist in employment law, I advise larger and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on the economic interests of the company in individual and collective labor law matters. My expertise encompasses restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, optimization of contracts, and issues of co-determination, with particular expertise in the healthcare, production and technology sectors. 

I have additional expertise in the development of permanent monitoring of everyday human resources activities, including general support, clarification of labour law policy issues, analysis and early detection of potential conflict sand their practical resolution and, if necessary, the judicial enforcement of labor law interests up to the Federal Labor Court level.
