I am a partner at DWF and Certified Information Technology Attorney. I specialise in information technology law, intellectual property rights and copyright law. I also provide advice in internet law, e-commerce law (e.g. e-business, contracts, law of general terms and conditions, consumer protection, data protection and privacy etc.) and IT-contract law.

I focus on the legal issues and requirements related to future technologies like Industrial-Internet, Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, IoT/Connected Devices and Cars, Big Data, Virtual/Augmented Reality and Wearables. 

I acquired my Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in information technology law at Düsseldorf Law School. I regularly publishes legal articles in specialist magazines, most recently for the publications, 3D fab+print, and Managing Aging Plants. I am also the Deputy Chairman of the technical committee 105.5 (FA 105.5) named “Legal Aspects of Additive Manufacturing” which was formed within The Association of German Engineers (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure, VDI).
