Wiktoria Rogaska is an advocate and a Local Partner in the Renewable Energy Department at DWF Poland. She supports investors in renewable energy sources, in particular offshore wind, onshore wind and PV, throughout the investment process in Poland. Wiktoria represents many clients in the administrative and court proceedings concerning environmental matters, contracts, permitting process, regulatory matters as well as planning and zoning issues. She actively participates as a speaker at numerous conferences on renewables energy matters.
Wiktoria is recommended by The Legal 500 in Energy and Natural Resources, while Chambers Europe has recognised her as Up and Coming for Energy & Natural Resources.
