Sarah Glockler is Head of the Employment team and advises a wide range of clients, from large companies to senior executives, on all aspects of employment law.

Sarah has particular expertise in contentious employment matters, regularly handling litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court. Her recent work includes discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunal, as well as restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes in the High Court.

In addition to her contentious practice, Sarah advises companies on a full range of HR and employment issues, including managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, drafting employment contracts and directors’ service agreements, and advising on restrictive covenants and team moves.

She also acts for senior executives on managed exits, settlement agreements and boardroom-level disputes.
