Kate is a legal director and an experienced construction litigator in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes. She has particular expertise in assisting clients navigate through large, complex and multi-tiered disputes to achieve their commercial aims.

Kate regularly conducts adjudications; litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal; and advises clients in direct negotiations. Kate advises clients across a full range of contentious construction matters, focussing on delivering pragmatic, commercially-focussed, legal advice and working with clients to achieve their ultimate aims.
