Jointly leading the team, Peter O’Brien specialises in construction dispute resolution, representing a wide range of clients such as employers, contractors and sub-contractors across a variety of sectors, including power generation and nuclear, energy-from-waste through to road, rail and infrastructure, as well as more traditional building projects. Kate Lister co-leads the team and is a known specialist in the avoidance and resolution of disputes within the construction, engineering, infrastructure and renewables sectors.
