Mathias Elspass is head of the German Energy & Infrastructure Group. He specialises in public law, in particular public planning and environmental law as well as energy law and public commercial law.

Mathias advises companies and public authorities on public permit and planning procedures as well as project developments, particularly in the energy sector. He also advises on energy regulatory topics as well as on issues deriving from the Renewable Energies Sources Act (EEG).
