Founding partner of Pino Elizalde Abogados. For more than 14 years, he has represented and provided legal advice to clients in areas such as intellectual property, property law, and labor law. In 2000, he served as an advisor to the Governor of Guayas. He is mainly dedicated to advising local and foreign clients on labor issues and matters related to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, as well as corporate matters. Recently, he has been involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions across several industries, including online fast-food services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and oil. He has been a professor of Intellectual Property Law and International Transactions at the Faculty of International Studies of the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
