Career
Walter is a Senior Manager at EY Law.
He has more than 15 years of experience in Administrative Law, Public and Private Procurement, Administrative Litigation, Regulatory Compliance, Energy Law, and Telecommunications.
He has extensive experience in Construction Contracts under FIDIC models and legal structuring of energy generation projects using renewable sources, as well as PPP contracts.He has extensive experience as General Counsel advising highly regulated companies, which allows him to have a broader understanding of client needs. Walter has also served as a university professor teaching courses in contracting, obligations, and comparative regulation.
