Marcelo is a partner in CAR’s office in São Paulo, and specialises in strategic business litigation and arbitration.
Marcelo has a vast work experience dedicated to litigation and conflict resolution, judicial and extrajudicial, especially in cases related to D&O, E&O, Surety/Performance, Judicial Bond and Judicial Recovery, in which he advises the most important insurers and reinsurers in Brazil and abroad.
Marcello holds a Bachelor of Laws at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a specialisation degree in Corporate Law at Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law, also at USP.
Marcelo is fluent in Portuguese and English.
