Global Funds Registration Services:

The firm’s Dublin office has a dedicated global funds registration group that is integrated within the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. The team provides guidance and support to management companies, asset managers, and promoters in connection with the global registration, passporting, private placement, and distribution of investment funds in European Economic Area (EEA) and non-EEA countries.

A core component of the offering is the initial registration and annual maintenance of investment funds carried out pursuant to passporting or national private placement regimes in Europe. These services can be provided to both European and non-European funds. In addition, the team can carry out premarketing filings in Europe and coordinate distribution and reverse solicitation advice through the local counsel network.

Company Secretarial Services:
