Guadalupe has over 15 years of professional experience and a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors, specializing in legal advisory and support in Corporate, Financial, Administrative, Technology, and Regulatory Law.

In the public sector, she held positions at the Ministry of Economy and the General Secretariat of the Presidency and also served as a director of SERCOTEC, (Technical Cooperation Service) a Chilean institution that supports entrepreneurs, micro, and small businesses through various programs and competitive funds that is orientated to strengthen business management capabilities and improve competitiveness.

In the private sector, she worked as a senior lawyer at renowned companies such as AES Andes, Engie Global Markets, and Engie Energía Chile, as well as at the law firms Dechert LLP and Prieto Abogados, where she led advisory services in corporate law, tax planning, tax litigation, and capital markets.

Mrs. Orrego has extensive professional experience across various economic sectors, a rapidly advancing career, and strong practical skills in Corporate, M&A, and Tax matters.
