Gonzalo has  vast experience in highly complex administrative litigation, regulatory law, consumer and administrative law, including management of permits, authorizations and conflict resolution with public entities (municipal, environmental and ministerial).

Gonzalo is highly regarded for his ability to resolve disputes of this nature, actively participating in negotiation and strategic procedures before public bodies, as well as leading oral arguments before Courts of Appeals across Chile and the Supreme Court. He plays a central role in the design of legal and procedural strategies and the implementation of their execution, guiding rigorous research to identify the most effective solutions and consistently delivering favourable outcomes aligned with clients' specific legal requirements.

Among his most notable engagements in recent years, Mr. Bravo  has provided continuous regulatory advice and representation to cement and mining companies in securing permits and sectoral authorizations to operate, as well as in the regularization of municipal licenses. He has also advised and defended clients in sanctioning proceedings brought by the Superintendencia del Medio Ambiente (SMA) for serious regulatory non-compliance and has led the preparation and submission of Environmental Compliance Plans and Relevance Consultations in environmental matters, among others.

Prior to joining az in 2017, Gonzalo gained valuable experience at leading Chilean law firms, including Ferrada, Polanco y Póvez Abogados, and Allende, Villarroel, Lecaros y Aste | Contreras y Eguiguren Abogados.
