- Acted for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A in connection with Carnival Corporation’s Rule 144A offering of $4bn 11.5% first priority senior secured notes due 2023 and $2.0125bn 5.75% convertible senior notes due 2023, as well as the $1.86bn and €800m senior secured term loan agreement.
