Eric Lindberg

Eric Lindberg is a partner at Corr Cronin. His practice includes all aspects of civil and intellectual property litigation, including experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Eric is licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Since 2016, Eric has been selected to the “Rising Star” List for Seattle’s legal community. He was appointed to serve on the WSBA Court Rules & Procedures Committee and he volunteers on KCBA's Judicial Evaluation Committee.Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Eric was an associate at Seed Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC and Frommer Lawrence & Hoag LLP where his practice focused on intellectual property litigation. Eric also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Betty Binns Fletcher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the Honorable Ann Schindler on the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One.

Blake Marks-Dias is a trial lawyer, mediator, and co-managing partner at Corr Cronin. His practice focuses on high stakes matters that, when necessary, must be tried. He is certified by the internationally recognized Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution and offers mediation services alongside his litigation practice. In college, Blake earned the award of the top individual debater in the nation. He and his partner finished second in the 1995 national tournament (the final round transcript is published in one of the leading college speech and communications textbooks: Freeley and Steinberg, Argumentation and Debate (12th ed. 2009)). He continues to be a thought leader, presenting on subjects such as persuasion, class action trends, and more at conferences, training sessions, and industry events.
