This expertise is also drawn upon when handling asset deals, the structuring of closed-end funds and the reorganisation and integration of acquired companies into the existing group structure. The team led by Tobias Geerling also advises on tax audits following M&A transactions, tax due diligence and on the structuring and adjustment of pension benefits.
