Vesa co-heads our Energy and natural resources and Diversified industrials sector groups inFinland. He is also the head of the International trade team in Finland and Co-head of Mergers and acquisitions services and a member of our Board of Directors.

Vesa has years of experience in advising our domestic and international clients on a widespectrum of matters related to international business and corporate law. Vesa specializes incorporate transactions and M&A, international trade and contracts, as well as dispute resolution, often with a cross-border element.

Vesa has accumulated considerable experience in dispute resolution and arbitration especially inmatters concerning disputes and corporate transactions in international trade. He also focuses onprivate equity investments and growth financing.

Vesa has long experience in corporate compliance matters while having served as a member ofdifferent boards of directors within various companies and currently advising a variety ofcompanies and owner-managed businesses in such matters.

In arbitration proceedings, Vesa has acted as an advisor to various parties and as an arbitrator innumerous significant contract disputes. Vesa is a sought-after trainer and lecturer in the field of international trade and corporate acquisitions.
