Marcello acquired a specific and extensive experience in the handling of litigation in labour law matters and agency disputes, as well as in the drafting of legal opinions and of contracts on labour law legal matters. Marcello handles labour law litigation before district and higher courts and, if necessary, in the urgent relief procedures.

He assisted companies rated among the major industrial, commercial and insurance Italian companies in litigious disputes in the area of labour law and has handled mass dismissal procedures, collective dismissals and dole and welfare fund procedures. Marcello developed a significant experience in national and international contractual matters, both in Italian and English, such as: agency contracts, deposit contracts, letters of intent and of engagement, license contracts, manufacturing contracts, handling contracts, secrecy agreements, service agreements between companies belonging to the same group, insurance contracts.
