Abdulrahman Al Rashed is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of the Abu Dhabi office.

He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from United Arab Emirates University. Abdulrahman specializes in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, general commercial law and litigation. He advises a variety of financial institutions, corporate, private equity houses and governmental organisations on contentious and non contentious areas. He has also handled cases on intellectual and industrial property law matters, legal research and case law analysis on a wide range of legal issues, drafted legal pleadings and agreements He has recently been appointed as an Arbitrator in the GCC courts.
