Atousa’s main practice is corporate law and commercial law in the Middle East, but due to the diverse nature of her work, as the head of a jurisdiction in the Middle East, she works together with other practice groups across the globe. Her diverse background has given her the opportunity to become familiar with other areas of law and provide advice to clients on matters such as international sanctions, compliance and anti-boycott laws.Atousa has worked on transactions involving international mergers and acquisitions, structuring and restructuring corporate entities, and foreign investments across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
