Principal Associate

Jana is the head of our labour and employment law department. She is experienced in advisory for all type of clients -smaller local clients, but big international companies as well. She leads our helplines for the client, where prompt and correct advice is necessary. She actively leads and develops younger colleagues.

She regularly publishes articles on different employment topics, also including the posting of employees, as she is regarded as an expert in this field. The articles are published in different webpages – www.epravo.sk. www.dashofer.sk. She participated on the commentary to the Act on cross border posting of the employees and she regularly gives lectures on this topic. The lectures are for our clients, but also for foreign commercial chambers and companies providing seminars for their client.

Jana Sapáková studied at the Faculty of Law at the Matej Bel university in Banská Bystrica and graduated from a postgradual studium „Europäisches und Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht (LL.M.Eur.) at the Faculty of Law at the Ludwig-Maximilian university in Munich.
