Dr. Stefan Kursawe is partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and member of the German Employment and Labour Law practice group.
He mainly advises employers in labour law matters. He regularly provides legal support to DAX, MDAX and Tec-DAX companies as well as to numerous medium-sized companies.
Stefan has profound know-how in all areas of labour law, in particular in terms of representing employers on restructurings, regarding works constitutional matters (reconciliation of interests and social plan), disputes on collective agreements, providing legal support in collective bargaining negotiations as well as in procedures concerning individual employment law. He furthermore focuses on advising executive bodies of corporations (management board, supervisory board and managing directors) and providing legal support with regard to legal aspects under service, liability and criminal law.
