Marco Ferme is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and a member of the Employment and Labour Law practice group.

He provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on all employment and labour law questions. Marco advises companies from all sectors, in particular the automotive, metal and electrical industry, as well as the chemical and health sector. He focuses on providing legal support to companies with respect to restructurings and collective bargaining negotiations and in particular on drafting collective agreements.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked in the labour and employment law practice group of Beiten Burkhardt for fifteen years.
