Fabian Volz is Partner in Eversheds Sutherland's Munich office and  a member of the Litigation & Dispute Management as well as of the Insurance practice group.

He has been advising and representing national and international companies for more than 10 years. He focuses on the automotive industry, supplier and electronics industry as well as on the pharmaceutical and medical products industry. In addition, Fabian is frequently instructed by insurance companies. He focused on international insurance programmes, personal liability insurance and D&O insurances, on construing policies, insurance covers, the law of reinsurance as well as the insurance procurement law. Furthermore, Fabian has extensive expertise in international product recalls and matters of product safety compliance, such as the implementation of European standards, the compliance with pre- and post-marketing-obligations of manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods as well as liability prevention. Fabian also has many years' experience of ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals as well as in proceedings of alternative dispute resolution.
